About
Subash Shrestha is an educator, trainer and researcher from Kathmandu. He leads personality development at Aarambha Academy, teaches Population Education in Grades 9 and 10, and has taught for more than ten years. As an SQC Master Trainer with QUEST-Nepal he trains school teams, he researches content at Ektukra, and he founded Arko Studio. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University and builds his classroom practice on empathy.

Roles and work
Personality Development Lead and Population Education teacher
Leads personality development across grades, coordinates ECA and CCA, supports the student council, and runs school events and publications. Teaches Population Education in Grades 9 and 10.

Led Aarambha Academy’s participation in the World Classroom international exchange with a school in Japan.
Founder
Founded and runs a self-shoot photo and video studio in Nepal, with studio sets, equipment rental and production support.
Content Researcher
Researches and develops content for the agency’s multimedia and digital projects. Currently working on Prishta (prishta.com).

QUEST-Nepal
Trains and mentors teachers in the Students’ Quality Circle (SQC) approach and co-convened the SQC School Meet 2082.
